For the second consecutive year, Forum was named as one of the Best Places to Work in Illinois by the statewide survey and awards program. Forum placed thirteenth, one of only 19 companies selected in the medium employer category (100-499 U.S. employees) for 2022.

Created by the Daily Herald Business Ledger, the Illinois Chamber of Commerce, the Small Business Advocacy Council and the Best Companies Group, the program is designed to recognize outstanding places of employment in Illinois. Each company is evaluated on workplace policies, practices, and demographics (25% of scoring) and on an employee survey measuring the employee experience.

“We celebrate our staff, as everything Forum accomplishes is rooted in our dedicated and knowledgeable team members – truly our greatest asset. We are humbled that their feedback and responses ranked Forum as a Best Place to Work for two years in a row,” said Brian Kramer, RPh, MBA, President & CIO.  “It’s an honor to work with people who have a shared passion for providing care to seniors and those who support them in the long-term and senior care industry.”

Rooted in the key principle of engaging employees in all aspects of the Forum experience, team members have created a culture that depends on employee diversity for its strength, and success is based on everyone’s efforts, contributions, and honest communication. Creating value for customers is what guides employees in actively making suggestions and being a part of driving those changes. The Forum culture is one of professional development, personal growth, and celebration.

Forum was recognized and honored at the Best Places to Work in Illinois awards ceremony coordinated by The Daily Herald Business Ledger on Thursday, May 13. Final rankings were posted on the Business Ledger website (www.dhbusinessledger.com) and will be published in a special commemorative section on June 21. An unranked list of all honorees was announced in the April 26 issue of the Business Ledger.
