Forum Extended Care Services continues to provide outstanding solutions with exceptional levels of technology, accuracy, and personalized service. In an ongoing effort to create greater customer value, Forum named Jeannette Brucks Ash, BS, RPh, MS, its Director of Consulting & Clinical Services.

With more than 40 years’ experience as a pharmacist and pharmacy executive, Jeannette has managed pharmacy services in various levels and aspects, including for a large long-term care provider. As a result, she has a particular sensitivity to the needs of Forum’s customers and the residents they serve.

Jeannette started her career as a Staff Pharmacist at St Anne’s Hospital in Chicago, and before joining Forum, served as the Executive Director of Pharmacy Services for what is now Presence Health. She is noted for providing exceptional pharmaceutical care through clinical initiatives, patient education, and collaboration, working with a well-developed interdisciplinary team to achieve better outcomes.

She joined Forum in 2015 as a Consultant Pharmacist; her extensive background made her a natural choice to take over as Interim Director in 2021, during the roll-out of Forum’s COVID-19 vaccination clinic program to long-term care.

Stepping into the permanent role as Forum’s Director of Consulting & Clinical Services, she brings an unmatched expertise to coordinate and enhance the value of Forum’s clinical programs.

Ash’s background also includes stints as an Adjunct Instructor of Pharmacy Practice for Midwestern University’s College of Pharmacy and as an Associate Clinical Professor for the University of Illinois College of Pharmacy. She is a member of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists, the North Suburban Pharmacists Association, and the Illinois Pharmacists Association.
